“Fabergé Exhibition” at DIA, Tuesday, January 15, 2013



After enjoying lunch at the Café DIA and about an hour to tour other parts of the museum in January, we were taken to the exhibition of Fabergé: The Rise & Fall, to discover the story behind the renowned House of Fabergé and its privileged relationship with the Russian aristocracy.

The Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA)  
We will depart at 10:00AM from the front of St. Francis Church & arrive back by 4:30PM. (Transportation & Museum admission with self guided audio tour: Total cost: is $31.00. Lunch at 11:30 pay on your own at the Café DIA.  (Lunch prices vary between $6 to $11.  Please, remember your lunch money.  No bag lunches allowed in the museum.)
