“It was extremely well done and very educational… a very impressive art exhibit. It was especially moving for Ivanice and me because it was centered on Ivanice’s home city, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. Also, because the exhibit was prepared by a Dominican nun, Sister Barbara Cervenka, from Adrian, Michigan and an art professor from Wayne State.” - Ivanice and Sam Denicolo, St. Francis Parishioners.
(Admission includes all 20 galleries-exhibits, as well as, the main exhibit, entitled “And Still We Rise: Our Journey Through African American History and Culture”)
